Sketchbook

Here are the latest sketches. I pulled out ye old high school yearbook and dedicated some time to working on my caricatures. Eh, could be better. Back to drawing acne ridden faces.
I also just finished a sketchbook, stashed it away for a week, and pulled it out recently so I could look at it with fresh eyes. Funny how not looking at something for a week changes your opinion of it. I highly suggest doing this for anyone who is looking to really see some big strides in your work.
As usual, comments and honest critiques are appreciated. Critiques are better than compliments in my opinion, and much more desirable.

Mobster

Who doesn't like drawing mobsters? This was a commission piece for someone I know. They wanted a mobster that wasn't all about bashing heads in with a baseball bat...so...lame.

Pirate

Here is a pirate I drew. I like the drawing for the time being, but we'll see how long that lasts.

Scott Fest-Thanksgiving Point

I attended the Scottish Festival and Highland Games this year held at Thanksgiving point. I took this time to really get some good life drawing in. Scott Fest has proved to be a great event to gesture draw at. With that being said I will be organizing my own Sketchcrawl to Payson's Scottish Festival and Highland Games. Feel free to join me on July 10th in Payson, UT for a Scottish Sketchcrawl.

Recently returned from a camping trip. Got a ton of drawings done, and here are a few of those drawings. I also am attending Siggraph this year. Really looking forward to it, and I believe I will get a ton out of it.
